family relationships to a U.S. citizen or legal permanent
resident (green card). Services include adjustment of

assist people in becoming naturalized US citizens.
Naturalization
is the process by which U.S. citizenship is conferred upon
a permanent resident, or green card holder. We can help

U.S. citizen as quickly and efficiently as possible. We
file naturalization applications, citizenship
certificates, child citizenship issues and complex
naturalization cases (criminal records, waivers).

Marina Lipelis, Esq. is a graduate of University of
Wisconsin, Madison School of Law and has a psychology
degree from UC Berkeley. She became a California licensed
attorney in 1995 and received her certification in
mediation in 2019. Since then, she has been an active
family law mediator in Santa Clara County. Ms. Lipelis
has expertise in all aspects family law and immigration.
She has experience with international custody &
support cases, divorce with immigration consequences, as
well as complex divorces with domestic violence
allegations.
